I don't know what the circumstance of the homes are, so it's hard to comment. I know that last week I received two buyers that called me because their agents were not showing them homes, or cancelling appointments. We are in a service industry, and I just don't understand that. Here in Phoenix, where our inventory is short, if a home becomes available, you need to get your clients out there as soon as they can, or you're going to lose it. Again, I don't know the circumstance, and it could be of fault of the listing agent, but if the homes are on lockbox, I see no reason why your agent can't show you the homes unless they are occupied and the owner won't let you, but I don't see why they wouldn't want their home sold.
